The underside of a snail
under the slime
as the belly of a humpback whale
a transition from the penetrable
though not the reason or cause
change was inevitable anyway
why not move forward
more moving
less waiting to be hurt
harmed
both though being
it’s up to them
irritating
dumb nonetheless
moving is good
so is stillness
it is what it is.
